AI Vacancy Search — LLM-Assisted Job Discovery

Product

Large career portals mix relevant engineering roles with a substantial amount of noise. I wanted a small tool that could collect current vacancies and evaluate them against a concrete technical profile before manual review.

What I built

• Retrieved Yandex Career vacancies through its internal API instead of scraping HTML.
• Stored collected vacancies in SQLite with closed-role cleanup and blacklist support.
• Added OpenRouter-based LLM filtering and a simple web interface for configuring and reviewing a search.
• Later simplified the analysis path into a stateless FastAPI endpoint that performs one complete search run.
